An emergency Vet clinic diagnosed Sadie with Gingival Hyperplasia. She was bleeding from her mouth and our regular Vet was booked and couldn’t see her. She has a growth around her upper k9 and the lower k9 aggrivates it when she chews. Is surgery to remove this a viable option?

Hey! Great question! Gingival hyperplasia is readily treated and can be done when Sadie has a routine dental cleaning. Often laser is used to removal the excessive gingiva to great success!
