Stinky ears

My chihuahua puppy has the smelliest ears! Shes on trifexis and current on everything. So i have had them looked at. I do wash her regularly but still stink! Help?

First, make sure that when you are bathing Abby, that water isn't getting down into her ears as this can promote infection. Second, I would consider having a veterinarian perform a cytology on her ears to determine if there is an underlying yeast or bacterial infection that would benefit from antibiotic therapy.
