Skin irritation hair loss

Hello my 1 1/2 year old Female Labrador has all of a sudden developed a bumpy eash and very dry skin also hair loss she also has a bad odor to her.
Any Suggestions? Thank You!

The first question that I or any vet will want to know is which flea prevention is she on! With that being said, she should be evaluated by a DVM to determine what (if any) medications she might need to help resolve the issue and treat any underlying causes!
