I have a lovely aged service cockatiel.(28yrs)
She has a tumor on her preen gland and her doc does not recommend chemo fearing it would kill her in an awful way. She weighs 72-74 grams. I have been applying cannabisoil to the area of her tumor and to her arthritic feet and legs. It seems to give her relief.
I want to get isolated cbds in some fluid she can take orally.
I need help with a recommendation for the right compound and dosage based on her age and weight.
Any help you can give is much appreciated. She is still lively and engaged if unable to climb and perch as well as she used to.
I wish I could answer this question, however, currently in the state where I practice, I cannot offer an opinion or recommendation on CBD as I could have my license challenged.
