Benadryl cream on dog - For Pets Sake

My dogs have a bacterial infection being treated with antibiotic. Can I use Benadryl cream to help with the itching? They are collies about 75 lbs.

Theres not a lot of great research to support the use of Benadryl in dogs so I would relay this concern to the vet that is treating the infection as they will have better alternatives to help keep your pets comfortable!
