Grain free dog food - For Pets Sake

If I feed a grain free food can I add cooked quinoa or oatmeal or buckwheat to give a some healthy grains

Is there a reason you're feeding grain free to begin with? I would simply transition to the same brand food but use a product that is not grain-free!
